Privacy Policy
1. Introduction
This Privacy Policy describes how adsmane (the "Service"), operated by Raiz, based in Sakai-shi, Osaka, Japan ("we", "us", or "our"), collects, uses, stores, and protects information in connection with the Service.
adsmane is an internal advertising analytics tool used by Raiz to monitor and analyze advertising campaigns operated on Google Ads, Yahoo Ads, and Microsoft Advertising. The Service is not distributed to third parties and is not available for public sign-up. Access is limited to authorized personnel of Raiz.
By accessing or using adsmane, you acknowledge that you have read and understood this Privacy Policy.
2. Information We Collect
adsmane collects two categories of information:
2.1 Data obtained via the Google Ads API
adsmane uses the Google Ads API to retrieve advertising performance data from Google Ads accounts owned or managed by Raiz under our own Manager (MCC) account. This data includes:
- Campaign, ad group, keyword, and ad asset metadata
- Performance metrics (impressions, clicks, conversions, cost, CTR, CPC, CPA, ROAS)
- Search terms reports
- Budget and bidding configuration
- Account structure and hierarchy under the Raiz MCC
adsmane does not access, retrieve, or store personally identifiable information about end users who view or click on advertisements. All data retrieved via the Google Ads API is aggregated performance data provided by Google.
2.2 Data provided or generated within the Service
- Configuration data manually entered by authorized users (e.g., target CPA, domain mapping)
- Server logs (access timestamps, IP addresses, request paths) used solely for security and debugging
- Optional integration data from Google Analytics 4, retrieved via a Google Cloud service account
3. How We Use Information
Information collected by adsmane is used exclusively for the following purposes:
- Displaying advertising performance dashboards to authorized Raiz personnel
- Generating internal reports on campaign efficiency and return on ad spend
- Identifying underperforming campaigns, keywords, or ads for optimization
- Monitoring compliance with internal advertising budgets and targets
- Maintaining, securing, and improving the Service itself
We do not use data obtained via the Google Ads API for any purpose other than the internal analytics functions described above. We do not sell, rent, license, sublicense, or otherwise transfer this data to any third party.
4. Google API Services User Data Policy
adsmane's use of information received from Google APIs will adhere to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.
Specifically, adsmane complies with the Limited Use requirements as follows:
- Data obtained from Google APIs is used only for the internal analytics purposes disclosed in this Privacy Policy.
- Data is not transferred to others except as necessary to provide or improve the Service, comply with applicable law, or as part of a merger, acquisition, or sale of assets with the user's explicit consent.
- Data is not used or transferred for serving advertisements, including retargeting, personalized, or interest-based advertising.
- Humans do not read the data unless we have obtained the user's affirmative agreement, it is necessary for security purposes (e.g., investigating abuse), to comply with applicable law, or the data is aggregated and used for internal operations in a manner consistent with the Limited Use requirements.
5. Data Storage and Security

| Deletion | If access to a Google Ads account is revoked, all data associated with that account will be deleted from adsmane within 30 days. |
While we implement industry-standard security measures, no method of transmission over the internet or method of electronic storage is 100% secure. We cannot guarantee absolute security.
6. Data Sharing and Third Parties
We do not sell, rent, or share information collected by adsmane with third parties, except in the following limited cases:
- Infrastructure providers: We use Xserver (Japan) for hosting and Google Cloud for API and analytics infrastructure. These providers act as data processors and do not use adsmane data for their own purposes.
- Legal requirements: We may disclose information if required to do so by law or in response to a valid request from a public authority.
- Business transfers: In the event of a merger, acquisition, or asset sale, information may be transferred, subject to the same protections described in this Policy.
7. User Rights
Because adsmane is an internal tool used solely by Raiz personnel, we do not collect data from external end users. Authorized users of adsmane may request the following at any time:
- Access to the data associated with their account
- Correction of inaccurate information
- Deletion of their account and associated data
- Export of their data in a machine-readable format
Requests may be submitted using the contact information provided in Section 10. We will respond to verified requests within 30 days.
8. Cookies and Tracking
adsmane uses only functional cookies required for authentication and session management. We do not use cookies for advertising, retargeting, or third-party analytics tracking within the adsmane dashboard itself.
9. Children's Privacy
adsmane is not directed to individuals under the age of 16. We do not knowingly collect information from children. If you believe a child has provided information to us, please contact us and we will delete such information promptly.

11. Changes to This Policy
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time to reflect changes in our practices, technology, legal requirements, or the requirements of the Google Ads API and Google API Services User Data Policy. When we make material changes, we will update the "Last updated" date at the top of this page and, where appropriate, notify authorized users through the Service.
Continued use of adsmane after any changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Privacy Policy.
